Current Opportunities:

Project Editor
To handle 15+ titles per year, working closely with authors, freelancers, and our Production team. Strong writing and editing skills required. Successful candidates must have experience in copyediting, proofreading, and project management. The position requires flexibility, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and deadlines, and the ability to work successfully as an individual as well as part of a team. A wonderful professional growth opportunity.

Job Requirements
Copyediting and proofreading experience and knowledge of Word is required. Knowledge of religion is a plus.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a related field and three years of experience in book publishing.

Editorial Assistant
This position is responsible for the Editorial Department's administrative duties as well as supporting the Editorial team with fact-checking, copyediting, proofreading, and drafting promotional copy for our books and catalogs. This position requires hard work, effective communication skills, attention to detail and deadlines, and the ability to multitask. Successful candidates must have the ability to work with internal departments as well as off-site authors and freelancers to insure high quality results. This is a great entry level position with opportunity for advancement.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a related field; or one or two years related experience and/or training; the equivalent combination of education or experience.
